Coordinating large groups of people to meet at one time can be tough.
As the number of people increases linearly, the scheduling complexity increases exponentially. Unless you work in a large corporation that enforces the use of Microsoft Outlook, collaborating people calendars on iCal, Google Calendar, and paper is impossible and asking them to switch just so they can schedule a meeting is unrealistic. Problem? Not at all!
